Who is Caleb Milligan? – Caleb Milligan is the brother of Cain Dingle ( Jeff Hordley ) and Chas Dingle ( Lucy Pargeter ), as well as the son of Faith Dingle ( Sally Dexter ). He’s a smooth-talking businessman who used his connections to help Cain and Kyle Winchester (Huey Quinn) avoid prison by putting an expert team of lawyers on the case. On the ITV soap next week, Caleb tries to make peace between Nate and Cain, and when Caleb offers a new business proposal, they both seem to be keen.

Cain isn’t convinced about making the driving firm a shared enterprise between the three of them and Nicky, but Nate likes the idea. However, the pair seem to be getting on better than before. Caleb is thrilled when Cain suggests that he won’t rule out going into business with them, and soon Caleb is roped into helping at the garage with Cain, but can the brothers get through their past fall out? Teasing what is to come, Nate actor Jurell said: “He’s let him down massively. It’s also the first time we realise how serious this Harry guy is.

As Caleb mentions, ‘If it’s the Harry I know of, he’s not someone you want to mess with’. He knows he’s in massive trouble. “Nate’s burden is weighing heavily and he knows serious problems could come from this whole missing guns issues. The burden is too much and he ends up letting Tracy in and confessing all.

But as he’s coming back into the village, he’s found that Caleb has bought Mill Cottage and he’s given over asking price and he’s always had more than enough money, which was the reason why Nicky went along with the plan.

“He has lied to Nicky that he had no money and that his mum was going to lose the house, so the reason we were getting revenge so he could help the mum. He just lied to him all the way through and it’s only at that point that he finds out that information.” He added: “He follows him into the woods and it’s a spur of the moment thing.

He’s been backed into a corner, he feels betrayed and something just comes over him and anger gets the best over him.” Lewis insists Nicky has great regret the moment he pushes him and fears what it could mean for his future. “The moment he pushes, he feels massive regret – but also a mix of relief.
