- She rushed into Ravi’s house since Chelsea has been living there of late, to warn her daughter.
- Suki Panesar was also in the house and got a shock of her own as Denise revealed that Ravi was behind Ranveer’s murder all along.
- A panicked Denise relayed what she’d seen on the footage, that Suki had knocked Ranveer out as she was being attacked.
“I thought he was dead, but then Ravi came in and smashed it up,” Denise frantically relayed. Ravi walked in, pretending as if his entire confrontation with Denise never happened. Denise comforted her daughter as Chelsea broke down over falling for another dangerous man, following her marriage to killer and abuser Gray Atkins a few years ago. BBC Elsewhere, Suki was consumed with suspicion over Ranveer’s death and broached the possibility with husband Nish that she may not have killed him. “If I didn’t kill him, then Kheerat’s lost everything for nothing,” Suki pointed out. Nish tried talking Suki out of telling Kheerat the truth, as he reasoned it was better for Kheerat to believe he’d sacrificed himself for his mother rather than for nothing. BBC At No.27, Suki paid Denise a secret visit to assure her she believed the allegations but needed to know “exactly” what Denise had seen on the CCTV footage. The two women are set to team up next week as they try to prove, once and for all, that Ravi was the one who murdered Ranveer. Why are the police investigating Ravi in EastEnders
EastEnders viewers have left confused over Ravi Gulati as they start questioning exactly why he is being investigated by the police. In recent episodes of the BBC One soap, the Walford criminal has become the center of an investigation headed up by detective Jack Branning and assisted by Callum Highway. Ravi and Denise grow closer in EastEnders (Image: BBC/Jack Barnes/Kieron McCarron) But Chelsea Fox disturbed Ravi and left him scrambling for an excuse before the pair flirted over a cup of coffee. He’s now set his sights on Chelsea in a revenge plot for her mum Denise and stepdad Jack.
Jack has since been kicked off Ravi’s police investigation and has been on the warpath to discover who informed the criminal that he is under police surveillance. However, some EastEnders viewers have been left wondering why the police have launched an investigation on the restaurant owner in the first place, as he doesn’t appear to have committed any crime.
During a Reddit thread, fans have shared their theories on the Ravi and Jack saga, with one person writing: “What’s Ravi being investigated for, exactly? Has it actually been said, or is it just vague ‘criminal underworld’ shenanigans cos he’s a wrong-un who went to prison (like half the square).” Jack Branning asks Denise Fox for the truth about Ravi during Thursday’s EastEnders episode (Image: BBC) A second speculated: “I don’t think it’s drugs because that’s been done a million times and he’s never been seen dealing. I really think he’s involved with human trafficking.” A third chimed in with: “This is what I’m not getting.
SURELY when they suspected him of murdering his dad This could have come up and a separate investigation could have been made known But this has just come out of nowhere” They added: “Are they even going to find out that he actually chopped up a body and got rid of it and that it was HIM who killed his ‘dad’?!? Lol, it’s like they’ve created a random story to keep him around because he (apparently) has some kind of sex symbol.
So they grasp at stupid stories as they did with Kush.” What are your thoughts on Ravi Gulati? Let us know in the comments section, EastEnders fan? Get daily gossip, news and analysis from MyLondon’s EastEnders newsletter, Sign up HERE, READ NEXT:

Hardman Johnny Allen was your typical East End gangster – proper. A former pimp to the young Pat Evans, he returned years later to Walford with his adored daughter Ruby in tow after his family had been killed in a mystery arson attack by rival gangsters.
If you mess up again, I won’t be held responsible. Johnny’s life was never going to be simple or straightforward. He was always up to some dodgy deal or smooth talking any lady that would come his way. Glamorous moll Tina Stewart was his mistress for years. She followed him to Walford but Johnny soon got bored of her and had a fling with barmaid Amy.
But don’t be fooled by Johnny’s charm. Gangster rival Andy Hunter got on the wrong side of him and found himself shoved off a flyover onto the busy road below! Johnny then turned his attentions to Jake and Danny Moon. After they tried to double cross him when Danny set fire to Johnny’s house, he hunted them down and held them at gunpoint threatening to kill them.
Johnny enlisted the help of Danny Moon to dispose of Dennis Rickman, making Dennis another notch on Johnny’s hatchet. Meanwhile, Johnny’s long running feud with the Mitchells continued to burn when Phil paid Juley to sleep with Ruby. Danny Moon was once again enlisted to finish off Phil and Grant in a deserted forest but Danny was the one who ended up in a shallow grave.
With pressure from Ruby, Johnny confessed to his life of crime and was sent to prison where he languished before dying from a heart attack brought on by a verbal onslaught from vicious Sean Slater. Played by Billy Murray
