Who is the strongest Marvel character ever
15. Hercules / Zeus – Image Via Marvel Comics Hercules (Yes, that Hercules) is, of course, the son of the Olympian god, Zeus. While not cosmic (none of that on this list!), he can survive the vacuum of space and resist cosmic attacks. He ranks above Thor here because he’s technically the stronger of the two.
In fact, he is considered by many authorities to be the physically strongest character Marvel has ever created. According to legend, he replaced Atlas in holding the sky on his shoulders. More recently, he single-handedly moved the island of Manhattan, claimed in the comics to have weighed 99,000,000,000 tons.
Thor never did that. Further, he has beaten both Thor and the Hulk in battle. Hercules is immortal as well and wields the power of an adamantine mace and the protection of a Namean Lion skin cape, which is virtually indestructible. Hercules’s father, Zeus, is close in strength to that of his son.
He’s beaten the likes of Thor and the Hulk in battle. Not only does he have super-strength, but he also has super-speed and the power of flight. And, being Zeus, he can summon and throw lightning bolts. Thor and Odin, Zeus and Hercules who do you think would win at a father-son company games picnic? We might soon find out in the MCU.
Because while Odin is dead, Thor: Love and Thunder introduces both Zeus and Hercules, teasing a future conflict between Odinson and the Greek demigod.
Who is stronger than Thanos
13 Kulan Gath – Kulan Gath surpasses Thanos as the ultimate bad guy, as seen when he not just defeated the Avengers but killed most of Earth’s heroes in a shocking and terrifying display of this Conan the Barbarian villain’s power. To add insult to injury, Kulan Gath ate them afterward.
Who is the strongest superhero of all time?
1. The Hulk – Marvel Comics From the beginning, you knew the end. Bathed in the radiation of a gamma bomb, Dr. Bruce Banner found himself transformed into a monster known only as “Hulk.” The details of the pair’s symbiotic relationship might change, but at the end of the day, superhero comic books have one unbreakable rule: Hulk is the strongest one there is, and that’s really all there is to it.
- Superman might be strong enough to move planets or bench-press the full weight of the Earth’s core, but even his inhuman strength has its limits.
- Hulk’s strength does not,
- It’s a famous superhero equation: the madder Hulk gets, the stronger he gets, and there is no end to either.
- When Bruce Banner transforms, the Hulk wants to fight, and the more he fights, the angrier and stronger that he gets.
It’s a recursive loop, a self-fulfilling prophecy that ensures that in feats of strength, Hulk will always come out on top.
Who can beat Scarlet Witch Marvel
6) Black Panther – T’Challa’s strength, agility, and Vibranium suit make him on of the skilled Avenges who can take on Scarlet Witch (Image via Marvel Studios) Black Panther is one of the most skilled fighters in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and his advanced suit made of vibranium gives him a significant edge in battle.
Can Thanos beat Thor
Thanos VS Thor: Who Will Win? – The winner of this fight would be Thanos based on his superior brute strength, and raw powers. However, if Thor uses some clever strategies, he could defeat the villain, especially since he has access to more powerful weapons and techniques. What do you think? : Thor Vs Thanos: Who Would Win and Who is the Strongest?
Who is stronger than Hulk
5. Apocalypse – En Sabah Nur AKA Apocalypse is the oldest of all the mutants in the Marvel universe. He possesses a myriad of powers, both physical and mental, which often makes people forget that he is incredibly powerful when it comes to his basic physical strength.
In fact, he is proven to be much stronger than the Hulk. When Apocalypse got hold of Hulk, he restrained him easily. He spoke to him like he was a child, telling him to stop struggling, because resisting his strength was pointless, and telling him to be obedient and appreciative of his presence. On another occasion, he physically brought the Hulk to his knees.
Other strength feats for the character include punching Thor so hard that his head should have detached from his spine (Thor was only saved by the limberness provided by the fact he was drunk at the time). He has headbutted Thor so hard that it sent shock-waves for miles.
Which avenger beat Thanos?
7) Thor – Thor beats Thanos (Image via Marvel) Thor is a no-brainer on this list. While Thor and Thanos have locked horns on many occasions, the God of Thunder has not been able to emerge victorious. In Thor Volume 2 # 25, however, Odin forges a set of Asgardian armor and weapons for Thor.
Can any Avengers beat Thanos
Iron-Man – Of course, this is the man who is actually able to defeat Thanos in the end, sacrificing himself in order to kill him. He loses his own life to do that, proving just how unselfish he is at his core, with Iron-Man’s power and strength of character being the overwhelming power for him.
Can Hulk defeat Thanos?
Thanos vs World-Breaker Hulk – Marvel Comics This is where things get interesting. World-Breaker Hulk, seen in the comic event World War Hulk, is an immensely powerful being and can shake the earth to its core just by taking steps. His anger rises exponentially with his strength, even more so than what the Hulk can do with his original transformation.
This Hulk is created following the death of his wife and unborn child on Skaar when a warp core exploded. The result created a more powerful Hulk fueled by grief-driven rage that he had never felt before. His return to Earth has him defeat several teams of heroes and mutants alike. He withheld a blast from Black Bolt, king of the Inhumans, who as shown in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness was able to destroy someone with a single whisper.
Hulk easily laid waste to The Fantastic Four, Iron Man, Doctor Strange, Spider-Man, and even went toe to toe with Ghost Rider, who was likely the only being on the planet who could stop him at the time. Hulk eventually surrendered when he discovered the people he thought were responsible were in fact innocent, and he was actually betrayed by one of his friends.
- It is eventually revealed that Hulk’s unborn son was able to survive his mother’s death and took the name, Skaar.
- This version of the Hulk could, and likely would beat the Mad Titan,
- Thanos by all intents and purposes is one of Marvel’s most powerful beings, a villain feared by many who has passed a threat to multiple heroes in the Marvel Universe.
Few characters can stand against him, with only a few being so brave and some being very foolish. While the MCU Hulk was not able to defeat Thanos, his comic book counterparts pose a better chance to make an even fight particularly if Thanos does not wield the Infinity Gauntlet.
Who is strongest avenger?
Jun 12, 2023, 01:06 AM IST Trisha Pathak Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness showcased Wanda’s immense potential for limitless powers. She is undoubtedly the strongest Avenger in the MCU. Carol Danvers’ (Captain Marvel) arrival changes the game on a battlefield.

Who can defeat Thor?
Phoenix Five – Phoenix Five The 2012 film “Avengers vs. X-Men” was about an odd incident in that numerous X-Men were affected. The X-Men and Avengers argued about how to neutralize Phoenix’s abilities as she advanced swiftly toward Earth. Phoenix is one of the universe’s most potent entities.
- The X-Men wanted to use her skills to aid mutants, while The Avengers preferred her to stay away from Earth.
- Phoenix is ultimately destroyed by Iron Man, and five X-Men absorb her skills.
- Thor is repeatedly vanquished by the 5 new Phoenix hosts over the course of 12 issues: Colossus, Namor, Cyclops, Magik, and Emma Frost.

Is anyone stronger than Wanda?
2 Franklin Richards – Although Franklin Richards is no longer a mutant in Marvel Comics, his mutant background could easily be incorporated into the MCU whenever Reed Richards and Sue Storm’s son join the franchise. Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness confirmed that Franklin Richards exists on the MCU’s Earth-838, meaning that he could appear in the movies sooner rather than later.
Who can defeat Odin
Dormammu and Thanos with IG can surely beat Odin in his prime. There is also chance that Ancient One and Ego could beat Odin.
Who is the god of the Marvel universe?
Trivia –
In Deadpool: Secret Agent Deadpool #6, the One Above All bears a striking resemblance to Jack Kirby,
Both Jack Kirby and Stan Lee have often been considered as avatars of this character, and their initials appear in the House of Ideas,
It is implied in multiple works of Al Ewing that the One Above All has connections to cosmic radiation and the Mystery in a similar vein to One Below All, gamma radiation, and the Below-Place (all of which were created by Ewing).
Gamma radiation and cosmic radiation are opposites. The Leader theorized that they share a ” common source ” after experimenting with cosmic radiation in its tertiary form ( primal kirbons ). The One Below All is the source of the third form of gamma radiation, and the One Below All and the One Above All are two sides of the same entity, which suggests this “common source” is the One Above All. The Six harvest primal kirbons from by travelling beyond the Far Shore into the Mystery, specifically the White Hot Room, According to Doctor Doom : “. primal kirbons, cosmic particles that exist both outside our cosmos.and at the heart of it. For they have always been the same place- the Above-place. The White Hot Room. The Mystery. ”
Ewing clarified that the Mystery is the Above-place, and the White Hot Room is just one section of the Mystery, which also includes the House of Ideas,
Can Loki beat Thor
Loki might be slightly more powerful than Thor, or vice versa – As the God of Thunder, Thor possesses great physical strength, he can wield his powerful hammer and he can call upon the thunder to do his bidding. Like his adopted mother Freyda, Loki’s power is in his magic.
The Trickster God’s shapeshifting ability is unparalleled and has helped him escape many dangerous situations. Loki and Thor are both gods and have immense godly powers that make them somewhat impervious to harm, though they can be beaten; they can lose eyes (Thor) and they can die (Loki). If the metric is physical strength, then Thor is easily the winner.
If the metric is the ability to manipulate a situation, then no one compares to Loki. What this means is that there is no clear answer to the question of who is more powerful. Loki is probably better suited to get through an adventure in the multiverse — like he’s doing now in Loki on Disney+ — than his brother, while Thor is better fighting the likes of Thanos in hand to hand combat.

Can Thanos lift Mjolnir
While many believed Thanos lifted Mjolnir during the Battle of Earth in Avengers: Endgame, a detail shows he knew he wasn’t worthy of it. Avengers: Endgame saw all the heroes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe come together to fight Thanos and his armies and stop him from wiping out half of life in the universe again. But can Thanos lift Mjolnir? While there’s been debate about whether Thanos grabbed Mjolnir during the battle or not, there’s one detail that shows he didn’t because he knew he wasn’t worthy of it.
The first three phases of the MCU, collectively known as the Infinity Saga, were all about Thanos’ quest to acquire the Infinity Stones and the Infinity Gauntlet so that he could fulfill his plan of bringing balance to the universe by vanishing half of all life. The Infinity Saga reached its peak with Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame, and both movies centered on Thanos finally getting the Stones and the Gauntlet and fulfilling his plans while the already established superheroes did their best to stop him and later reverse the Mad Titan’s actions.
Infinity War saw the vanishing of many of the MCU’s heroes after Thor came very close to killing Thanos by stabbing him in the chest with the ax he created in Nidavellir with the help of Groot, Rocket, and Eitri (Peter Dinklage), a powerful weapon called Stormbreaker,
- Endgame saw the surviving heroes reversing Thanos’ snap and later teaming up with the returning heroes to fight Thanos and his different armies in the Battle of Earth.
- The Battle of Earth was the biggest the MCU had seen so far.
- With every character fighting against someone else at all times, it’s easy to lose track of what they all did.
One of the most memorable moments not only from the Battle of Earth but Avengers: Endgame in general was when Captain America proved he was worthy of lifting Mjolnir and used the hammer to save Thor from being stabbed in the chest with Stormbreaker. It was then that Captain America wielded Mjolnir to fight the Mad Titan along with his shield, and that’s when confusion begins.
Who is stronger avenger than Thor
Scarlet Witch – During Avengers: Age of Ultron, there was a sense that the two strongest characters on the roster that fought Ultron were Thor and Hulk. But as it turned out, the team unknowingly included a much stronger character in the form of Scarlet Witch. Like her Marvel Comics counterpart, Scarlet Witch was a hero whose potential went untapped for years.
Can Spider-Man hurt Hulk?
Fans know Spider-Man is strong, but Marvel confirms Peter Parker has the strength to not only survive a Hulk attack, but take him down too. Marvel fans know Spider-Man is a strong superhero, but it’s now official: Peter Parker is strong enough to defeat the Incredible Hulk in a one-on-one brawl, with modern comics confirming that Spider-Man is even stronger and more invincible than his fans assume.
- In the 2022 Devil’s Reign event, the Kingpin Wilson Fisk outlaws all superhero activity within New York City, mobilizing the Thunderbolts to apprehend the likes of Susan Storm, Reed Richards, and dozens more.
- Spider-Man is broken out of jail, before coming face-to-face with a Thunderbolt wielding a massive cannon.
and taking a blast from it at near point-blank range. It is only through luck that he manages to escape, kicking the Thunderbolt in the head for good measure. Back at Beyond Headquarters ( where Ben Reilly, not Peter Parker, is funded as the new Spider-Man), the scientists analyze the cannon and find it was designed to fight the Hulk. “It kicks like a wrecking ball,” muses Reilly, and according to Beyond’s tests, it can smash a hole through steel.
Who in Marvel can beat Hulk
The Hulk may be one of Marvel’s strongest superheroes, but one of the most underrated members of the X-Men, Havok, can defeat him in one simple move. Cyclops’ brother, Havok, is one of the few Marvel superheroes who can defeat the Hulk in a fair fight. Alex Summers aka Havok may not be as popular as his more famous brother, but he is easily one of the most powerful mutants in the Marvel Universe. Summers’ powers exploit one of the Hulk’s few weaknesses, allowing him to defeat the green behemoth with shocking simplicity.
While Cyclops has the power to fire optic blasts of concussive energy from his eyes, Havok absorbs cosmic energy and redirects it in a variety of ways. Havok can discharge this energy in the form of energy blasts or superheated energy waves and his ability to absorb cosmic energy is great enough for him to even survive contact with a star, as shown in his battle with Vulcan.
While a more obscure character than his brother, Havok may be a more powerful mutant.
Who can beat one above all
No one can defeat The One Above All, he is the supreme being in Marvel and a supreme being cannot be defeated, only stalemated. Plus The One Above All is the comic book incarnation of Jack Kirby and also represents the writers so he is quite literally beyond fiction. Who is The One Above All?
Is Kang stronger than Thanos?
Why Kang would beat Thanos – Kang isn’t physically stronger than Thanos, and if the two were to square up in a one-vs-one fight then the Titan would arguably win. However, Kang’s knowledge of the multiverse means that would quite literally be several steps ahead of Thanos at all times. As a result, Kang wins this battle.
