Who is Harley Quinn obsessed with
Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn in The Suicide Squad Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn in Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) Previous Next The multiverse would be a much less lively place without the hijinks and shenanigans of the former Dr.
- Harleen Quinzel, the one and only Clown Princess of Crime.
- Sometimes love can make people do crazy things.
- Other times? It drives them completely insane.
- Such is the case with Harley Quinn, formerly Dr.
- Harleen Quinzel.
- A promising psychologist and intern at Arkham Asylum in Gotham City, Harleen was given the chance to get up close and personal with the Joker, an experience that wound up endingbadly.
Harleen became obsessed with her subject, and after falling madly in love with the Clown Prince of Crime, she helped him escape the asylum. Her love for the Joker inspired Harleen to adopt a new identity, that of Harley Quinn, the Joker’s sidekick-slash-love interest—whether he wanted one or not.
- Most of the time? He did not.) In time, Harley came to realize the Joker was holding her back and she struck out on her own.
- She became an entrepreneur and a member of several slightly less-than-reputable super teams (including the Suicide Squad), Gotham City’s all-girl gang the Gotham City Sirens, and a traveling sideshow.
Along the way Harley has become one of the most popular super-villains in the DC Universe, thanks in part to her versatility, charisma and cheery-but-deranged outlook on life. After all, as Harley would say, if you’re going to go a little crazy, you may as well sit back and enjoy the ride! Powers: complete unpredictability, superhuman agility, skilled fighter, intelligence, emotional manipulation, immunity to toxins First Appearance: BATMAN: THE ANIMATED SERIES (1992)
Who is stronger Harley Quinn or Joker?
Currently, in comics, Harley is stronger than the Joker. Harley has been enhanced to superhuman levels of strength by Poison Ivy, as well as enhancing her speed, agility, immune system and poison resistance.
Did Joker and Harley ever have a kid
Lucy Injustice 2 #7 (May 2017) Lucy Quinzel is the daughter of the Joker and Harley Quinn and the niece of Delia Quinzel.
Who is Harley Quinn’s true love?
Even though she doesn’t utilize it often, Harley Quinn’s secret superpower gives a pretty big hint as to who Harley’s greatest love of all time is. If there was any doubt as to who Harley Quinn’s true love is, a surprise set of superpowers may have settled the debate for good. When facing death, a special gift from Harley’s best ally kept her alive, proving she needs one person in her life more than anything else.
The manic presence known as Harley Quinn wouldn’t be where she is today if it weren’t for the charm and seductive words of the Joker. Back when she was a psychiatrist at Arkham Asylum, all it took was a few sessions for the rising doctor to become Harley Quinn, the Joker’s girlfriend and partner in crime.
Unfortunately, her mad love with the Clown Prince of Crime was one filled with abuse, toxicity and unrequited feelings. While Harley never got the love she wanted in her time with the Joker, she later found meaning in a relationship with her close girlfriend, Poison Ivy.
- In fact, Harley’s time with Ivy benefited her in more ways than one.
- In Harley Quinn #30 by A.J.
- Lieberman and Mike Huddleston, Harley’s life was saved thanks to a gift left behind by her closest companion.
- The titular hero has come face-to-face with someone from Harley Quinn’s origin,
- Owen Dane, the son of a former resident of Arkham has come seeking revenge on Harley for using his father as a scapegoat when she first helped Joker escape the Asylum.
Dane drugs Harley and places her in a half-full bathtub in order to drown her. Eventually, Dane tires of waiting and attempts to drown her himself. However, Harley surprises Dane by walking out of the tub unharmed. When questioned about this amazing feat, Harley notes that Poison Ivy gave her a “gift” inspired by the Aquavilla Vines of Portugal—flora that can breathe underwater. This isn’t the first gift Poison Ivy has given Harley Quinn, As the two’s relationship began to deepen, Ivy immunized her beloved Harley to keep her safe from the toxins and poisons the flowery villain specializes in. The idea that Ivy would go even further with her experiments and help her on-again-off-again lover isn’t that outlandish of an idea.
- In fact, moments like these may prove once and for all that Poison Ivy is indeed Harley Quinn’s true love.
- When Harley was with Joker, she put everything she had into their relationship and got nothing in return except for physical and mental abuse.
- But Harley Quinn’s romance with Poison Ivy has been much more reciprocal.
The love Harley gives is returned to her in the way only someone like Ivy can bestow. Ivy isn’t the most conventional person, but it makes sense that she would want to help Harley stay out of danger by giving her physical enhancements Ivy discovers through her work with plants.
Do Joker and Harley have a kid?
In the DC Animated Universe, yes. In Injustice: Gods Among Us Year Two #13, Harley admits to Black Canary that she had a daughter named Lucy, fathered by Joker. Injustice is a separate universe, which does not necessarily reflect the state of things in the main continuity (whatever it happens to be these days).
Has Joker ever kissed Harley Quinn

Was Harley pregnant in Joker?
The Many Origin Stories of the Joker – The twist in question comes in the backup feature included in issue #4, which is written by Matthew Rosenberg and drawn by Francesco Francavilla. This story shows a confrontation between Joker and Zatanna, as the latter foils the Clown Prince of Crime’s plot to steal Gotham’s water supply. Art by Francesco Francavilla. (Image Credit: DC) That spell winds up having some unintended consequences. Joker wakes up the next morning to discover he’s suddenly nine months pregnant and ready to pop. He then vomits up a blob of sentient mud that quickly morphs into a tiny Joker doppelganger. We can’t imagine Zatanna is going to be thrilled with this turn of events. Or Batman, for that matter. Art by Francesco Francavilla. (Image Credit: DC) This isn’t the first time DC has toyed with the idea of Joker becoming a father, though that plot point is usually reserved for alternate universes and treated with a bit more gravity. In Injustice: Gods Among Us, Harley Quinn reveals she gave birth to Joker’s daughter, but gave her up for adoption rather than subject her to a life with Joker as a father.
Similarly, Harley becomes a mother to twin children in the Batman: White Knight universe, though with happier results. What do you think of this bizarre addition to Joker’s ongoing DC Comics antics? Does it top the time he stapled his own face to the wall of GCPD headquarters? Let us know what you think in the comments below.

Did Batman fall in love with Harley Quinn
HARLEY QUINN, BATMAN & JOKER: A LOVE TRIANGLE LIKE NO OTHER – The close bond between Bats and Harley Quinn went several steps further in Batman: Beyond The White Knight. Bruce broke out of prison in order to fight Derek Powers, who tricked Terry McGinnis into stealing the Batman Beyond suit.
- He returned to Harley’s home in order to gear up, and when the two were reunited, a stunning revelation came to light.
- Bruce and Harley are married.
- When Derek Powers sought to extend Bruce’s sentence by forcing Harley to testify, the two were wed so that spousal privileges would protect Bruce in a court of law.
While their marriage may have seemed like a sham, the two had strong romantic feelings for one another, and Harley wanted him to be a part of her family. RELATED: Bruce’s attitude soured while he was in prison, and he began turning away from everyone in his life, including Harley. In this universe, Jack Napier was a small-time criminal with a good heart, suffering from mental illness. He had another personality inside, not unlike Marvel’s Marc Spector/Steven Grant/Moon Knight. Joker was growing inside Jack, but he wasn’t in control when he met Harley.
They fell in love, but Harley betrayed him by studying his condition without his consent and publishing a paper on the subject, admittedly without using Jack’s real name. Jack broke things off and fell deeper into Gotham’s underworld, eventually falling into a pit of acid during a confrontation with The Dark Knight.
Years later, Harley would secretly develop a medicine that returned Jack Napier to the control of his body and mindfor a time. RELATED: GOTHAM KNIGHTS: WATCH THE FIRST 16 MINUTES OF THE VIDEO GAME RIGHT NOW! During this period, Jack exposed corruption in Gotham and beat the Batman in a physical duel.
While Batman was unconscious, Jack secretly implanted a chip into Batman’s mind, a device containing an AI replication of Jack Napier which. The device was dormant in Bruce’s mind until the beginning of Batman: Beyond The White Knight, and in Issue #5, he was temporarily in control of Bruce’s body. Considering this, the confession of love that Bruce gives to Harley comes not just from Bruce but from Joker as well.
At the time of writing, Harley Quinn is unaware of that major detail. What does the future hold for Harley Quinn and Bruce/Jack? How will she react when she learns the truth? How will our heroes defeat Derek Powers and save Neo-Gotham? Find out more in Batman: Beyond The White Knight #6, available at your local comic shop on October 25, 2022!
