Do any other providers use EE network
There are currently three major MVNOs (Mobile Virtual Network Operators) using EE’s network. These are Lyca Mobile, BT Mobile, and Plusnet Mobile – though the latter two aren’t currently accepting new customers. On top of that, there are numerous smaller brands who also leverage EE.
- Being an EE MVNO means using the same core network infrastructure, so you’ll get the same coverage as you would on EE direct, although you won’t always get the same maximum speeds, and not all MVNOs offer 5G.
- But the advantage to choosing an MVNO is that they are often significantly cheaper and offer interesting extras not available on EE direct.
Below you’ll find a list of every EE MVNO, and more detailed information on the key ones, along with some of those with more unique or notable features.

Why is EE not working in Europe?
@Starlingson : Are you on contract or PAYG? Did you use that SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad? If you are on contract, did you activate roaming on your EE a/c before you left UK by texting ROAMING to 150? Often just rebooting the phone is the simple remedy. Otherwise try logging into your MyEE account online & go to Menu / Account Settings / Control Content / Roaming Abroad and also Call Abroad and Premium Rate. They will show as ticked if roaming and calling abroad is activated. If they are not ticked, can you activate these settings? PAYG is auto enabled for roaming. You won’t see any of those settings & don’t need to change anything. If outside EU, do you have enough credit for making calls from abroad?
